PQ (your Positive Intelligence Quotient) is the measure of your Mental Fitness. It's the best predictor of how resilient you are and how well you perform relative to your potential. PQ is a synthesis of recent breakthroughs in neuroscience, cognitive and positive psychology, and performance science. In this one-hour keynote, Loree instructs audiences on the concepts of Mental Fitness and shares tools they can use to help improve their resilience.
The presentation will be followed by time for Q & A.

About the Speaker Loree Draude, Executive Coach, Leadership Trainer, & Motivational Speaker:
Loree Draude was one of the first women to fly combat jets in the U.S. Navy. She deployed twice to the Persian Gulf and accumulated over 300 carrier landings. After completing her naval service, Loree earned her MBA at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She spent 20 years in Silicon Valley, leading teams at startups and tech companies, including Google and Facebook. Loree is now an executive coach, leadership trainer and motivational speaker.
